Shipping policy

PLEASE READ THIS INFO IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE ORDERING IF YOU HAVE TIME CONSTRAINTS RELATED TO MERCHANDISE SHIPMENTS

By ordering from our site, you agree to the terms and factors related to shipping logistics. The fastest we can get you your merchandise is 2-3 business days; expected delivery is 2-4, but please plan on 10 days if you have a concrete deadline you need it by.

We guarantee order delivery when “tracking” is on your package. If you have issues with an order shipment, please read through to the bottom of this page.

WONDERING WHEN YOUR MERCHANDISE ORDER WILL ARRIVE? We also offer rush shipment options at checkout, including Premium (3-4 business days) or Express (1-2 business days) delivery. These options can be selected during the checkout process by choosing your preferred shipping method. Please select the option that best suits your needs.

In order to keep your shipping costs low and serve you better, we strive to follow a strict shipping policy. We typically package and ship merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your order on business days (non-holidays or Sundays); however, please allow 2-10 days for the merchandise to be delivered.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY MERCHANDISE? Depends on the date you purchased your merchandise and location.

  1. Email 1: ORDER CONFIRMATION: Date your order is completed and being worked on.

  2. Email 2: ORDER COMPLETED: Date your order is packaged and ready to go.

  3. Did you get that 2nd email? Order will be delivered to the post office either that day or the following if already closed (e.g., you get the email at 7pm, it will be mailed the next day).

  4. Once at the post office or UPS, standard delivery is ~1-7 business days, so please plan accordingly.


We WANT you to be happy and will do our best to process all orders rapidly so you have the best product. We ask, however, that you be reasonable with us in matters related to shipping, as it is NOT in our hands. We’re NOT Amazon. We are a small business without a dedicated shipping team. In light of this, we've formulated this shipping policy to help guide our customers and set realistic expectations. We rely on USPS & UPS for shipping.
